Fantástica vista de la ciudad.
Hermoso apartamento completamente amueblado con una vista impresionante a la ciudad, ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y seguro, a pocos metros de la Basílica y de la Universidad Católica de Cuenca.
El alojamiento. La suite tiene 5 áreas distinguibles: cocina, sala-comedor, un dormitorio grande con una cama queen, un pequeño estudio, y un baño con una bañera de hidromasaje. También hay un «sofá-cama» en la sala.
Acceso para huéspedes. Todo el espacio es exclusivo para los huéspedes de esta suite; el único espacio compartido es la lavandería. Al estar en la parte superior de los tres pisos, nadie más tiene acceso.

El espacio es mucho mejor de lo que se ve en fotos. Fuimos con mis 4 perros pequeños y la pasamos excelente, la vista es impresionante, el lugar es demasiado cómodo para 2 personas, además de la vista, lo que más destaco del departamento fue la bañera y un pequeño sistema de calefacción en el cuarto que nos salvó del frío en la noche.
Todo está ambientado y decorado a la perfección. No falta nada

Beautiful views from a lovely home away from home Easy to walk to town center and all the attractions this beautiful city provides. Cab ride back after a long day of walking around is very affordable. On site laundry is a nice bonus. Kitchen is nicely stocked with basics needed for a week away. Very kind host met us when we arrived and gave us a walkthrough. TV has Netflix which was nice in the evenings. Alexa sound system was a nice touch of home and we enjoyed listening to the music throughout the house. Overall, a very lovely place to stay. We enjoyed our visit and will likely be a repeat guest. Thank you!
My friend and I loved staying here while we were in Cuenca for a few days. The place was spotless, definitely one of the most meticulously clean airbnbs I have ever stayed in, with a beautiful view of the city. It was easy to walk down to the historic city centre but also a block over from a busy enough road that it was never hard to find a taxi either.
There was hot water with great water pressure!
Salvador was very communicative and accommodating. The only tiny hiccup was that I did not review the checkin instructions ahead of time and didn’t realize that we needed to set a time to meet Salvador in person to exchange the keys. However, Salvador quickly headed over to the space to meet my friend and I when we arrived and gave us a thorough overview of the amenities, which was very helpful.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
